Requirements: 

  • Develop and write detailed, compelling proposals that meet client needs and align with the agency’s business objectives. Oversee the proposal outline review process, adhering to project timelines and milestones. 
  • Manage the entire proposal development process from the initial brief to final submission, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of all materials. 
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts and strategic reviewers to ensure proposal content's accuracy, relevance, and competitiveness. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to fully understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the proposal process. 
  • Deliver clear and effective presentations to communicate proposals and project outcomes to clients. 
  • Attend industry events as necessary to foster relationships and gather industry insights. 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of proposals and client interactions, using feedback to continuously refine and improve proposal strategies. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and/or any combination of education and relevant work experience. 
  • 3-5 years of experience at an integrated marketing firm, specifically in sales role with proven ability to meet sales goals. Proven success in writing compelling RFPs is preferred. 
  • Willingness to travel for up to 25% of time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is required; experience with Adobe Acrobat and HubSpot is preferred. 
  • Comfortable collaborating with remote project teams nationwide. 

 

Salary, Perks & Benefits: 

 

Salary starts at $80,000.00 and will be commensurate with experience.
