Responsibilities of our Assistant General Manager includes the following:


  • Provide stellar customer service to our valued members and visitors
  • Manage our sales lead pipeline by utilizing systems, making phone and zoom calls, answering emails, text and direct messages.
  • Educates prospective clients while seeking to close sales.
  • Assure office is kept tour ready at all times
  • Working efficiently and effectively with the Owner, General Manager and fellow staff members, with timely execution of deliverables
Qualifications


  • Associates or bachelors in communications, marketing, business management or related degree
  • Has a demonstrated passion for health, fitness and sport
  • Dependable, adaptable and a team player that enjoys working toward a common goal
  • Able to attend grass root marketing events within the communities we serve
  • Detailed oriented and a strong communicator
