Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development: Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to global e-commerce roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the global e-commerce industry and its associated roles and skills.
Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Sourcing Skills: Experience with various sourcing techniques and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage offers and compensation discussions.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Cultural Awareness: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and understand the nuances of global recruitment.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in recruitment or talent acquisition are a plus.
Additional Information:
