SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensure communication with, and among, team members related to all patient care information and processes.
  2. Responsible for front desk “reception” duties
  3. Responsible for clerical tasks related to patient care processes with an awareness of regulations and policies.
  4. Responsible for coordinating the general needs of the office, ordering of supplies, maintaining office equipment, preparing for meetings including audio/visual equipment.
  5. Responsible for audit and reporting on scanned EMR documents
  6. Supervise and train office volunteers assisting at reception desk.
  7. Provides input for semi-annual review of the Delta Processes Handbook as related to position responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in general computer usage, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of medical records system
  • Good secretarial and organizational skills
  • Good relational skills on a personal level and on the telephone
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Valid Colorado driver’s license and unlimited access to reliable transportation
  • Communicates in a manner that can be understood by others

Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $17.00 - 19.50
