The La Villa Grande Care Center is in search of exceptional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about delivering compassionate care to seniors. We currently have full-time opportunities available for both day and night shifts for those dedicated to this rewarding profession.

As CNAs, you will assist residents with daily living activities and other services in accordance with their personalized care plans. This role requires a kind, gentle, and professional approach while respecting the dignity and privacy of our residents. Referral Bonuses are also available - refer friends and earn up to $500 for each successful referral.

Qualifications

  • Current CNA certification
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to exceed expectations in serving our residents
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently
  • A genuine love for working with seniors
