Position Overview

Oliver Behavioral Consultants LLC operates multidisciplinary clinics dedicated to delivering a comprehensive array of services for individuals of all ages. We specialize in Early Intervention and clinic-based therapies, catering to clients from infancy through adulthood. Our offerings encompass Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Mental Health Support. At OBC, our mission is to provide families with evidence-based interventions that enhance quality of life. Our therapists collaborate within a multidisciplinary framework, ensuring well-rounded support across various developmental domains.

The speech therapy division at OBC is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking a qualified Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to enhance our exceptional team. OBC prioritizes delivering outstanding service, and we invest in our employees through continuous training and support, empowering them to excel in their profession. We value the unique strengths of each therapist and focus on the needs of children and their families in our therapeutic approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of daily notes and progress reports.
  • Engage in in-service training and pursue continuing education opportunities as needed; stay informed through team communications.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures established by the agency.
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations and Parent Education Policies.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Collaborate regularly with the team to share insights, celebrate achievements, address concerns, and support the patient’s network.
  • Assist the team in setting and achieving objectives outlined by team members or the organization.
  • Promote a culture of mutual support and positive interactions among peers.
  • Support team members in advocating for the needs of the individuals we serve.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $38.00 per hour
