The speech therapy division at OBC is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking a qualified Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant to contribute to our exceptional team. OBC prioritizes superior service delivery, and we invest in ongoing training and support for our staff to become leaders in the field. We value the unique strengths of each therapist and place the needs of children and their families at the forefront of our therapeutic approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of daily notes and progress reports.
  • Engage in in-service training and continuing education opportunities as needed; stay informed through team communications.
  • Follow established safety protocols and procedures.
  • Adhere to HIPAA Parent Education Policies.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Collaborate with the team to share information, celebrate successes, address concerns, and support the patient’s network.
  • Assist in setting and achieving goals established by team members or the organization.
  • Promote a culture of mutual support and positive interactions among team members.
  • Help advocate for the needs of the individuals we serve, both within the organization and externally.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $38.00 per hour
