Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
Full-time, 40hrs/week

Join us as a HopeWest CNA where you’ll profoundly change lives every day. HopeWest has an open position for a CNA in Delta for our hospice program in our community. You will be responsible for providing skilled care to the participants in the participant’s home and or other community settings under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and in accordance with the established CNA Plan of Care.

You will be part of an interdisciplinary care team of nurses, social workers, chaplains, physicians, and certified nursing assistants all working together to improve people’s everyday lives when they need help the most. You will be one of those people patients and families call “angels” -- offering miracles of human caring, compassion, strength, and courage.

HopeWest CNA’s provide a variety of assistance to our patients/members that include clinical cares as well as meeting the daily needs of light meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship and in some instances, transportation to medical appointments.

Requirements, Pay and Benefits:

  • Must have unrestricted CNA license in the State of Colorado
  • Must have valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance coverage
  • Starting hourly pay: $18.50 - $20.00 (plus applicable differentials for weekend coverage)
  • Premium pay bilingual fluency and CHPNA
  • Mileage reimbursement of 60cents/mile for work related driving
