We provide a full range of services, including Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Mental Health Support. Our therapists work under a multidisciplinary approach, where teamwork results in well-rounded intervention across different areas of human development.

At this time, we are looking for a licensed COTA with pediatric experience to work in outpatient and community-based settings. Must have some experience with pediatrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely documentation of daily notes and progress reports.
  • Participate in in-service training and continuing education courses as appropriate; stay updated with team communications through email in the absence of staff meetings.
  • Adhere to agency safety protocols and procedures.
  • Comply with the site's HIPAA Parent Education Policies.
  • Fulfill any additional responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor.
  • Regularly convene with the team to exchange information, celebrate collective achievements, address concerns, and collaborate to support the patient's network.
  • Support the team in establishing and achieving goals outlined by team members or the organization.
  • Foster a culture of mutual support and positive peer interaction within the team.
  • Assist team members in advocating for the needs of the individuals we serve, both internally and externally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
