We are currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As an HR Administrative Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative functions. You will assist in maintaining personnel records managing HR documents and helping with recruitment processes. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will help ensure that our HR operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records in our HR database.
  • Prepare and process various HR documents including employment contracts and termination paperwork.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires including organizing orientation sessions and collecting necessary documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the administration of benefits programs and other employee services.
  • Organise and maintain physical and electronic personnel files.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role preferably within an HR environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
