Position Overview: Are you a dynamic, seasoned Sales Executive with over 7 years of experience in the staffing industry? We are looking for a talented individual to join our national remote sales team. If you’re seeking a role in an innovative niche within the staffing industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Sales Executive, your focus will be on new client acquisition, prospecting, and closing business opportunities while building strong relationships with clients across the US. You’ll expand our service offerings in Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing to enterprise and mid-size clients nationwide. If you’re a natural hunter and thrive in high-energy sales environments, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and engage with large enterprise (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies.
  • Drive the sales process from initial outreach to client onboarding.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, influencing decision-makers at multiple levels.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:
  • Must reside in the US.
  • 7+ years of proven experience selling professional staffing services (IT, Finance Accounting, Engineering, etc.) to mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • 3-5 years of experience selling Managed Services (RPO, MSP, VMS).
  • Strong connections within the Talent Ecosystem (Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders).
  • Established relationships with decision-makers in Tech, Finance, and Engineering.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated success in new client acquisition.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Ability to travel for conferences 2-3 times per year.
  • Proficient with technology and tools including Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
