About the Role

As the Growth Marketing Manager, your role is to help support the performance content and growth team for the core Bobbie business success across DTC and retail channels. You will play a pivotal role in streamlining paid media strategy, analyzing sales and consumer data to identify valuable trends and opportunities, and being the main point of contact for our agency partners. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate our DTC experience strategy tailored to growing the Bobbie brand in a purposeful way that supports our customers from the first touchpoint through the last. This is a remote, full time position reporting to the Director of Growth.

This role will:

  • Develop and manage acquisition for channels including paid social (Meta, TikTok), affiliates, and new media channels as they come online
  • Own the affiliate marketing program, working closely with our agency of record to vet new opportunities, scale current initiatives, and nurture and build those relationships.
  • Oversee the strategy, including the creative briefing process for paid social, collaborating with creative, brand and content creator teams to develop best in class, engaging, supportive, and educational ads that drive awareness of the Bobbie brand and product suite.
  • Work closely with the Platform team to create a seamless, personalized customer experience, reducing friction and optimizing conversion.
  • Collaborate with the lifecycle, platform and brand teams to execute full-funnel strategies that aim to support parents who choose formula as part of their feeding journey from their first Bobbie bottle to their last.
  • Work with the Director of Growth and finance team to execute customer-first offers
  • Build thoughtful experiments that aim to consistently improve the user experience through consistent testing of creative, landing pages, offers and messaging.
  • Analyze large datasets to spot trends and uncover opportunities, transforming insights into actionable strategies that steer growth initiatives and enhance Bobbie's DTC experience.
  • Assist in handling administrative tasks and projects related to growth, including budget planning and forecasting in collaboration with demand planning and finance teams.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and revenue, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including creative and analytics teams, to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences that drive results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising technologies, and industry developments.
  • Assist in budget allocation and forecasting to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Support the development and implementation of A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to continuously improve campaign performance and user experience.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations.
  • Ability to learn quickly and be agile with shifting priorities and strategies

Requirements:

  • Performance/growth marketing experience
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies in high-growth companies.
  • Demonstrated experience with a fast-growing DTC brand (subscription experience is a plus)
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-backed recommendations
  • Previous ownership of a robust affiliate program with a proven track record of scalability
  • A deep understanding of paid media trends and best practices

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. For fully remote roles, we have tiered salary ranges to match geographic location.

  • Group A (SF/Bay Area, Seattle, NYC): $150,000
  • Group B (Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, San Diego, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Portland, Washington DC): $135,000
  • Group C (All remaining cities): $127,000
