D’Addario Automotive Group has an opening for a Full Time Clerk/Office Manager for a busy Service and Autobody Center. We are a family owned and operated Dealership located in Shelton, CT since 1968 We are looking for a candidate with previous Autobody or Dealership Experience.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Some Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office operations 
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct as appropriate
  • Schedule appointments for estimates/service
  • Consistent follow up with Insurance Companies to ensure payments are made in a timely manner
    • Strong focus and ability to follow through with customers and various insurance companies
  • Handle rental cars as needed (per direction of Management)
  • Take payments from customers/create receipts
  • Balance cash/credit/checks daily 
  • File Repair Orders per standard
  • Must have strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - very busy office

Basic Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Background check and drug screen required prior to hire
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
  • Prior experience in an auto dealer office helpful
