“A Day in the Life”
Mobile Modular, a well-established company specializing in modular building rentals and sales. This role will also perform a variety of administrative and other tasks in support of our Sales and Operations departments.
“What You’ll Do”
In this role you will collaborate with sales representatives, vendor partners, project managers and coordinators and others to:
- General reception and font desk coverage for high volume corporate office.
- Answer, screen, direct telephone calls.
- Data Entry.
- Filing.
- General customer service.
- Administrative support sales, operations, and management teams.
- Inventory, ordering and stocking of corporate office supplies
- Review and distribute department correspondence/mail.
- Assist with and/or assume responsibility for a variety of small projects within the department.
- Vendor Account Maintenance.
- Invoice reconciliation and tracking
- Assist in planning and execution of corporate office events.
- Certified Notary opportunity.
- Planning of departmental events.

- Prior reception/administrative experience a plus.
- High-school diploma or GED required.
- 3 plus years of experience working in a professional business environment required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Word required; PowerPoint a plus.
- Knowledge of Construction/terms preferred.
