Operations Administrative Assistant - Contract
Remote US

You are an Operational Administrative Support professional with the ability to perform a variety of administrative and customer service support functions.

This position pays: $25 to $28 per hour.

What you will be doing:

  • Meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers;
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers;
  • Support the sales team with all things contract and credit approvals. (Collecting pre-payments, job sheets for preliminary notices, PO’s, etc.)
  • Works with sales and management to keep our data clean. This includes owning the prospect conversion process and conducting data clean up where needed.
  • Responds to inquiries from our CustomerHub (portal);
  • Obtain documentation (contracts, certificates of insurance, licensing, etc.) to set up new vendors and ensure existing vendors meet Company requirements; this requirement will be 60% of your time.
  • Prepare and execute lease extension documents for current customers;
  • Prepare rate changes and credits for customers.
  • Obtain approvals and code invoices for payment;
  • Administrative support as needed.
  • Assisting with special projects, such as process improvements;

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook; Webex or Zoom
  • Able to work well as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
  • High school diploma or GED required;
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures;
