Shift: Flexible scheduling with availability, including weekends and evenings Key Responsibilities: Lead & Manage Daily Operations: Ensure seamless day-to-day management of the restaurant, from staffing to service quality. Customer Experience: Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring each guest has an exceptional dining experience. Staff Supervision: Train, mentor, and manage a dedicated team. Maintain Restaurant Standards: Oversee cleanliness, organization, and safety in both the front and back of the house. Financial Management: Assist in budget management, inventory control, and ensuring the restaurant’s financial health. Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with upper management to implement strategies for growth and operational efficiency.
