Demand Generation Manager

Overview:
As a Demand Generation Manager for our client's B2B SaaS communication platform, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of marketing efforts and maximizing the impact of our global campaigns. In this role, you will be supporting the global and AMER demand generation strategy, and will be responsible for executing and optimizing impactful, multi-channel campaigns. Success in this role looks like generating high quality leads and global pipeline with targeted campaigns that efficiently and effectively deliver the accurate message to a targeted audience at the right time.
Although this role is an individual contributor, it requires a strategic problem solver with a strong background in campaign management and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to improve campaign efficiency and impact. Additionally, this opportunity requires a passion and willingness for hands-on implementation, as you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and program management of Demand Generation Campaign programs.
Qualifications:
Must have skills:
A lot of soft skills: great communicator, organized, proactive, team player.
Hard skills: knowledge of different marketing channels, comfortable working in Salesforce CRM including Salesforce reporting.
Should have experience in CRM marketing, especially in automated email campaigns.
Responsibilities:
* Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to execute impactful, cohesive campaign programs across paid, owned and earned channels, with a deep focus on email optimization
* Collaborate with content, design, and digital marketing teams to assist with the creation of compelling and targeted campaign assets
* Coordinate with internal and external creative partners to build and complete briefs, outline bill of materials, and ensure timely completion within budget
* Analyze and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns, including ad hoc report requests, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
* Stay current on industry trends and best practices in demand generation
