Role Overview: Seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative that has experience selling flooring. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our exclusive range of flooring products to interior designers and other industry professionals. This is a unique opportunity to work in a creative and highly customized industry where your ability to build relationships and make impactful presentations will be key to your success. No cap on commissions means an OTE of $120k++ the first year
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and high-end furniture outlets. Your primary focus will be on selling our carpeting, area rugs, and wood flooring products.
- Lead Generation: Engage with leads generated from walk-in designers, online inquiries from our upcoming web page, and your own networking efforts. While some cold calling may be required, the majority of your leads will be warm.
- Presentations & Showroom Visits: Conduct presentations for clients, showcasing our product offerings. Invite potential clients to our showroom to experience the quality of our flooring products firsthand.
- CRM Management: As we transition to a new CRM system, you'll play a role in managing and updating client information to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
- Custom Solutions: Use measuring tools as needed to provide tailored solutions to clients. Understanding the unique requirements of each project will be essential.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven sales experience, ideally within the interior design, architecture, or high-end furniture industries.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Relationship Building: A natural ability to connect with clients and build long-lasting relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using a CRM system and other sales tools to manage and track leads.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive approach to sales with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets..
