RTA is a rapidly growing sales firm located in the Grand Rapids. We are
looking for an entry level individual to be an integral part in advancing in our business.

We are looking for a candidate who is career-motivated, but averse to sitting behind a desk. We
are looking for an entry level person who thrives in a team environment but can handle daily
responsibilities seamlessly on their own.

Responsibilities for our open Entry Level Sales Account Representative position in the
Management Development Program include but are not limited to:
Basic marketing responsibilities
Sales and marketing training
Marketing communications
Campaign management and development
Team management and development
Brand management maintenance
Customer service and retention
