RoofingSource is seeking a Service Administrator who is ambitious, motivated, and committed to being a part of our quick-growing, fast-paced company. The individual must be able to build relationships with Field and HQ employees and possess strong administrative, critical thinking, and organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask. The individual will work closely with a defined group of Field Advisors, their fellow Service Coordinators, and other teammates to maximize customer and employee satisfaction. As a Service Administrator there will be an opportunity to evolve in the Service Coordinator role. RoofingSource is a teaching employer, where there are multiple avenues of growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to our clients and field team via phone calls, text messages, and/or email. 

  • Assist with receiving and dispatching work orders efficiently for Field Advisors

  • Assist with the approval of service reports, billing, and payroll

  • Assist with scheduling work with customers, Field Advisors, and other partners to get jobs completed in a timely and proactive manner

  • Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets (e.g., admin databases, inventory tracking, shipping request, lead time audit)

  • Support and assist in the management of each technician’s territory to ensure peak performance (e.g. Effective and efficient scheduling and traveling)

  • Work closely with Production, Service, Sales, and Admin teams

  • Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

  • Able to adapt to changes necessary to meet growth plans

  • Assist with assigned duties when a Service Coordinator is on vacation, and rotating weekends. 

Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Proven computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite)

  • Proven communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Must work well and multi-task in a detailed, fast-paced team environment

  • Task-oriented and dependable, able to knock out daily time-sensitive deliverables

Compensation: 

  • A Service Administrator hourly varies depending on a candidate's professional experience. Candidates typically start anywhere between $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. 

Work Environment:

Physical Demands:

The workplace is located on the second floor and requires walking up and down stairs. Long periods of sitting are often required for this office-based position.
