Who We’re Searching For:
We’re looking for individuals who embody the following qualities:
- Self-Possessed: You thrive independently and are comfortable working in various neighborhoods.
- Passionate and Persevering: You have a fire within you to excel and achieve results.
- Comfortable with Roof Inspections: You’ll be inspecting roofs, so being at ease with climbing ladders and assessing damage is essential.
- Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Client-Focused Approach: You’ll guide homeowners through the claims process, meeting with insurance adjusters and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation: You’ll need these to get around and meet clients.
Responsibilities:
As an Outside Roofing and Solar Sales Consultant, you’ll:
- Conduct roof inspections to identify storm damage in affected neighborhoods.
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners.
- Facilitate the claims process from start to finish.
- Represent the Simon Bros. brand positively.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
Compensation:
This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, with the potential to earn between $56,000 and $100,000+ annually.
