Job Type: Contract position (preferred open availability Monday-Friday from 9 AM - 6 PM)
About Us: 151 Real Media is a dynamic and fast-paced company specializing in real estate media.
Job Description: We are seeking to hire 1-2 experienced real estate photographers and videographers with a flexible schedule to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in capturing high-quality photos and videos, with particular expertise in bracketed real estate photography, videography for social media reels and cinematic videos (experienced in exposing and shooting in log footage properly), and drone operation. Experience with 3D virtual tours is a significant plus.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 2-3 shoots per day, Monday through Friday
- Capture bracketed HDR photos for each property
- Capture video for social media reels and full cinematic videos (experienced in exposing and shooting in log footage properly)
- Operate drones for aerial photos and video
- Capture 3D virtual tours
- Capture floor plans
- Deliver raw media files at the end of each day (no editing is required for this position)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate photography and videography
- Proficiency in bracketed HDR photos
- Skilled in video creation for social media reels and full cinematic videos
- Experienced in exposing and shooting in log footage properly
- Experienced in operating a gimbal
- Licensed and experienced drone pilot (or willing to get a Part 107 license)
- Familiarity with 3D virtual tours (bonus)
- Ability to showcase a strong portfolio of previous work
Required Equipment:
- Mirrorless full-frame camera that handles low light well (e.g., Sony A7IV, Sony A7SIII, Sony ZV-E1, etc.)
- Wide-angle lens camera, preferably similar to Sigma 14-24 or equivalent
- Tripod
- Gimbal
- Drone
- 360 camera (e.g., Ricoh Theta V)
- Smartphone for conducting floor plans
- High-speed internet that can handle uploading raw media at the end of each day
Compensation and Perks:
- Earn a percentage of each shoot, averaging $30-$35 per hour
- You will earn 100% of any travel fees for far away shoots (over 35 miles)
- Paid weekly
- Monthly gas card bonus to contribute towards fuel costs
- Flexible schedule with no weekend work required

Important Note: We are not looking to hire anyone with a competing real estate photography company due to conflict of interest and sensitive confidential information. However, it is fine to have a photography or film company in another niche.
