‪Location: Company Headquarters - Albany, NY

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

Position Summary

The primary responsibility of the Operations Specialist is to provide consultation on supply chain, financial and regulatory support to CAB CAN Enterprises and its subsidiary CAB CAN Limited, Inc; two clients of JCSA Holdings, Inc. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA. The Operations Specialist will report to the Chief Financial Officer.

 

‪Principal Duties

 

Finance/Operations:

·         Receive and process Sales Orders from KDRP Canada. 

·         Coordinate with Electrolit Global and ensure customer orders are aligned with Customer Forecasts.

·         Prepare and process Purchase Orders from Laboratorios PiSA.

·         Coordinate production and delivery with Electrolit Global Supply Chain.

·         Coordinate product release with Regulatory confirm and manage shipments. 

·         Prepare and process Invoices to KDRP Canada according to shipping records.

·         Maintain and manage Inventory from point of departure through receipt by distribution warehouse.

·         Process check runs for vendor payments and reconcile bank transaction activity.

·         Record accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconcile financial activities.

·         Support monthly financial reporting by ensuring timely resolution of open financial items and performing month end close entries & reconciliations.

·         Assists in A/R, collections and procurement process as directed by the Sr. Finance Manager and the CFO.

·         Other duties as required by Management.

Regulatory:

·         Assist the Global QA/RA Director with the following as needed:

·         Interface with Canadian agencies as required.

·         Qualify new products in accordance with the Preventive Action Plan

·         Manage, process, investigate complaints and escalate as instructed.

·         Maintain lot traceability in accordance with the Canadian Regulations

·         Review certification of analysis and certificate of conformances to ensure compliance and product release.

·         Manage approved supplier, distributor lists.

Skills

·        Working knowledge of QuickBooks.

·         Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite products.

·         Experience with SAP required.

 Abilities

·         Reading Comprehension – The ability to understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.

·         Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

·         Management of Financial Resources - Determining how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures.

·         Negotiation - Bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences.

·         Strong attention to detail – Ability to review and analyze data, identify and correct discrepancies as needed.

 

Qualifications:

1.    Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or directly related field preferred.

2.    Minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in a related position within Finance, Regulatory or Supply Chain preferred but not required.

3.    Prior experience with logistics and regulatory operations preferred but not required.

•       Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
