Your Role as a Fulfillment Specialist:

The Transponder Operations Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of intricate transponder orders within a dynamic team setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the various device types utilized within the department.
  • Receive inventory and allocate it to the correct accounts using barcode scanners or transponder readers.
  • Prepare shipments by applying labels, packaging, and using adhesives.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and supply levels in the processing area and storage room.
  • Manage company-wide mail distribution.
  • Operate the USPS Neopost metered mail machine.
  • Facilitate weekly recycling bin placement and retrieval.
  • Welcome shipping carriers for deliveries and pickups.
  • Handle returns, including de-casing, cleaning, re-stocking, and communication with external customers.
  • Process customer transponder orders using the Bestpass Account Management System (BPAM) and the enhanced Mailing Shipping (EMS) Neopost system.
  • Conduct mid-day and end-of-day shipping carrier account closeouts (UPS & USPS).
  • Perform periodic time collection of tasks for efficiency assessments by management.
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements; share ideas and suggestions.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment or order processing environment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to fostering a cohesive team atmosphere.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Consistent demonstration of Bestpass Values and Competencies.
  • Overtime may be required.
Compensation:

This position offers a salary of $35,880 with eligibility for overtime.
