Sales & Leasing ConsultantJob Description

Our expanding family of dealerships is seeking a self-motivated and results-driven sales professional. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicles and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Auto Salesperson Responsibilities:
  • Stay Updated: Keep current with all OEM training and certifications.
  • Customer Education: Develop a thorough understanding of automotive technologies and effectively communicate their characteristics, capabilities, and features to potential customers. Conduct test drives and explain warranties and services.
  • Promotions and Displays: Assist in setting up the sales lot or showroom floor for promotions and showcasing new models.
  • Continuous Learning: Enhance job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
  • Reputation Building: Contribute to the dealership’s reputation by taking ownership of new and diverse requests and exploring opportunities to add value.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous automotive sales experience is a plus.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate computer skills.
  • Driving Record: Clean driving record for the past three years.
  • Customer Service: Ability to deliver the Parkway Promise.
  • Appearance: Must adhere to business casual dress code, ensuring a neat and clean appearance.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, and ride in a car.
  • Capability to perform both indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Proficiency in operating a computer and its programs.
Work Schedule:
  • Weekdays: 9 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday, with one weekday off.
  • Saturdays: 9 am to 6 pm.
