Leasing Professional needed to complete an awesome team in Wilmington. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer relationship management skills, and a strong understanding of property management and legal administrative processes.

Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for potential residents and effectively showcase the features and benefits of the property
- Manage leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Prepare leasing agreements and related documentation accurately
- Utilize Onesite or similar software to maintain leasing records and resident information
- Handle resident concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist in the development of leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates
- Upsell additional services or amenities to prospective residents

Requirements

Requirements

- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and leasing laws

- Proven track record in sales and customer service

- Strong conflict management skills

- Familiarity with legal administrative procedures related to leasing contracts

- Experience with Onesite or other property management software is a plus
