We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven history of achieving sales targets. The perfect candidate should be results-driven, customer-oriented, innovative, and skilled in outreach techniques. Furthermore, they should be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, communicate effectively, and be open to constructive criticism. We appreciate individuals who are keen to acquire new skills and work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers
- Oversee the leasing process from initial inquiry to resident move-in
- Implement follow-up strategies for prospective residents
- Meet or exceed established objectives for traffic, applications, move-ins, and conversion rates
- Ensure all leasing documentation is completed in accordance with quality standards
- Conduct property inspections to maintain quality benchmarks
- Facilitate orientations for new residents
- Participate in outreach marketing initiatives
- Contribute to community and corporate engagement efforts
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by management
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Proven sales ability with a strong attention to detail
- Flexibility in fast-paced settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to utilize the internet for marketing and sales purposes
