The Client Management Team is responsible for developing long-term success with our clients by fostering meaningful relationships. As an Account Management/Marketing Intern, your responsibilities will be split between supporting our Client Management Team and assisting with marketing initiatives. You will be involved in creating compelling content, ensuring our marketing materials are visually appealing and effective, and meeting deadlines.

The candidate should be a motivated individual looking to work in a stimulating, fast-paced and fun atmosphere. Responsibilities will be diverse and often require personal judgment. Successful interns will develop a tremendous amount of experience in business, client communications, technology, and process automation. Internships typically last +/- 6 months.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Client Management Support:

    • Assist with tasks for the Client Management Team.

    • Communicate with clients, internal resources, and vendors on service tickets, proposals, updates, and more.

    • Help schedule internal resources and client meetings.

    • Prepare and present client proposals.

    • Assist in coordinating client onboardings and projects.

    • Analyze service data and financial metrics.

  • Marketing Support:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas.

    • Follow up with team members on various marketing initiatives to ensure timely execution and delivery.

    • Design and create promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media graphics.

    • Create visuals and videos for social media posts to engage our online audience and promote our brand.

    • Take and edit photos for use in marketing materials and on social media platforms.

This job absolutely requires the following:

  • Experience with Video Editing Software: Such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

  • Photography Skills: Ability to take high-quality photos and proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop.
