Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibility
• Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process
• Review technical drawings, creating part layups, and managing the documentation necessary for successful project execution.
• Analyze customer-provided drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with our manufacturing capabilities and standards.
• Create detailed part layups based on engineering drawings and customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and feasibility in production.
• Review and signing off Purchase Orders (POs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) in alignment with company policies and customer requirements.
• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with sales and operations teams, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to address technical inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Facilitate communication between sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Qualifications/Experience
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
• ERP or CRM systems experience for managing sales and project documentation preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a technical sales or engineering role within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
• Experience with rubber manufacturing processes and materials preferred.
• Certification or training in project management methodologies preferred (e.g., PMP).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
