Job Description:
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and driving sales in the roofing industry. This position is commission-only and requires the ability to work independently. Training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure your success.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through various methods, including door-to-door canvassing, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough roof inspections and provide accurate estimates to potential clients.
- Present and sell roofing services to prospective clients.
- Maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Must be a legal US resident.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Previous sales experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
