Position Overview
As a Multi-Media Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting and marketing the bank's products and services. Your contributions will be essential in driving growth by effectively engaging both new and existing customers through professional and courteous service.
Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the Marketing Director and indirectly to the President.
Job Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Marketing Director, you will:
- Implement the bank's marketing strategy, including the execution of sales and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate public relations, advertising, product development, and training initiatives to enhance market presence.
- Design and create innovative digital and print marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Produce compelling audio and video content from concept to final edit, utilizing tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop comprehensive multi-media campaigns.
- Conduct research on advertising strategies and manage relationships with media outlets.
- Draft press releases and other public relations documents.
- Regularly update and maintain website content, with a preference for candidates with HTML knowledge.
- Enhance the bank's image and explore new techniques to better serve our customers.
- Monitor marketing trends and continuously seek professional development opportunities.
- Track competitive activities and proactively design campaigns to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the ordering of marketing materials and supplies.
- Coordinate logistics for bank-wide events and assist Branch Managers with event planning.
- Maintain the Event Marketing calendar, tracking budgets and return on investment.
- Represent the bank at community events and civic activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and participate in required training.
- Contribute suggestions for improving departmental operations and overall bank performance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Physical and Mental Demands
This position may require light to medium physical activity, including lifting and moving objects. The work environment is primarily indoors, with occasional travel to various branches and events.
