Position Overview
As a Multi-Media Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting and marketing the bank's products and services. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of the bank by effectively engaging with both new and existing customers, all while maintaining a high standard of courteous and professional service.

Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Marketing Director and indirectly to the President.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing the bank's marketing strategy, including the implementation of sales and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinating public relations, advertising, product development, and training initiatives to enhance market presence.
  • Overseeing all aspects of marketing initiatives under the guidance of the Marketing Director.
  • Designing and producing innovative digital and print marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Creating and editing audio and video content from conception to final production.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to develop multimedia marketing campaigns.
  • Researching advertising opportunities and managing project timelines.
  • Drafting press releases and other public relations content.
  • Regularly updating website content and social media platforms.
  • Assisting with budget management and invoice tracking.
  • Enhancing the bank's image and exploring new techniques to better serve customers.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitive activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Coordinating logistics for bank-wide events and supporting branch managers with event needs.
  • Maintaining an event marketing calendar and tracking budgets.
  • Representing the bank at community events and civic activities.
  • Complying with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in video production and editing, as well as proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.

Work Environment
This position requires the ability to perform light to medium physical tasks and may involve local travel for meetings and events.
