Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead the expansion of our sales channels and enhance our overall online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce platforms and digital marketing and experience managing a team to optimize product visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Channel Expansion:

  • Identify and evaluate new sales channels and marketplace opportunities.
  • Lead the integration and management of additional sales platforms.
  • Optimize product listings and ensure consistent branding across all channels.

Team Management:

  • Oversee a team of offshore data enrichment agents, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely product data updates.

Market Research and Pricing:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify pricing trends and competitive opportunities.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Analyze Amazon and other platforms to determine competitive pricing and profitability.
  • Evaluate product offers, such as special promotions from suppliers, and determine feasibility and profitability.

Product and Inventory Analysis:

  • Assess market demand for specific inventory items by analyzing monthly sales volumes and requirements.
  • Identify necessary authorizations and compliance needs for listing products on various sales channels.
  • Coordinate logistics for incoming stock, including evaluating freight costs and ensuring smooth operations.

Digital Marketing Collaboration:

  • Work closely with a digital marketing agency to enhance SEO and CRO for our branded stores.
  • Coordinate Mailchimp marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
  • Program Optimization:
  • Utilize available programs and tools offered by sales channels to boost visibility and sales performance.
  • Monitor channel analytics to assess and improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in ecommerce management, with a focus on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with ecommerce and ERP platforms such as CommerceHub, SPS Commerce, ChannelAdvisor, and SAP Business One.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.

Performance Expectations:

  • Successful launch and management of new sales channels within the first year.
