We are seeking a Tea Room Associate - Retail Tea & Wellness Customer Service Experienced - Key Holder to become an integral part of our team You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue in a French Tea Room and Holistic Center

Tea Room & Holistic Center Associate Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Maintain and operate communication between company and customers
  • Welcome and identify customer needs
  • Explain products and services to customers (menu introductions and education)
  • Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock (tea room and holistic center)
  • Enter and process customer orders
  • Maintain a clean environment in the center and tea room
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Serve and prepare tea beverages
  • Preparing and serving food and drinks while maintaining a high level of standards
  • Send out mailers/gifts to warm/hot leads

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to be creative and foresee the needs of the company and customers
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Management experience
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Gmail
  • Social Media Proficiency a must
  • Tea Industry Experience a must

Requirement:

Food handler's card from the Missouri Health Department
Retail Experience: min 2 years
Service Experience: min 2 years
Hospitality Experience: min 2 years
