We are currently looking for part-time, committed Product Promotion Representatives to become a part of The Spice & Tea Exchange family, a specialty retail establishment offering an extensive range of spices, herbs, teas, custom spice blends, rubs, and related accessories. Immerse yourself in a nurturing and imaginative workplace with opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, warmly greeting and assisting guests with our signature welcoming phrases
  • Restock merchandise on shelves, counters, and tables, and inform management of low inventory levels
  • Price items, blend and package products as necessary
  • Share product knowledge with customers, build relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge through training and reading materials
  • Follow store operational procedures and standards
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the store through daily tasks
  • Flexible scheduling, including weekends and evenings; no prior experience required as training will be provided

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong focus on customer service with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient verbal and written communication abilities
  • Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and following recipes

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
