Casa Fresca Homes is seeking a Director of Sales. The Director of Sales is responsible for setting pricing and strategy to generate sales, and new home deliveries annually while supervising the Sales Consultants (SC).


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly with SC’s with sales production demands, goal setting, product knowledge, corporate items, etc.
  • Disseminate sales, marketing, and product information to SCs.
  • Prepare sales numbers weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly and continually monitor sales activity making recommendations to the Vice President of Sales Operations.
  • Set-up and conduct monthly sales meetings with Sales Consultants (SC).
  • Enforce company policies, upper management directives and resolve miscellaneous problems.
  • Visit each community weekly.
  • Hold SC’s accountable for status of mortgages for all sales in assigned area.
  • Maintain current market knowledge about Realtor programs with competing home builders and provide input to shape Casa Fresca structure.
  • Assist in organizing and supervising of special events to help promote communities and/or company events.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure open communication on all matters; develop a strong environment conducive to proactive resolution of issues and strong commitment to selling a quality product.
  • On call 7 days a week via cell phone for sales team
  • Handle customer's problems and concerns that escalate above the SC’s.
  • Assist in problem solving of sales and closing issues between all parties, i.e., Closing department, Sales Consultant, Field associates, Customers, Homeowners, etc.
  • Mentor SC’s by providing leadership, ongoing development, and strong learning experiences while establishing goals and coaching performance to meet business targets.
  • Conduct and/or contribute to monthly/quarterly and/or annual performance appraisals.
  • Review market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, etc.
  • Other Duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Minimum High School or GED required. College degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in New Home Sales plus 2 years’ experience in new home sales management.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations.
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Salesforce fluency a strong plus.
  • Requires resourcefulness, patience and clarity and strong management and motivational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Valid auto insurance coverage
  • Real Estate license required.
  • Ability to prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations.
