Job Summary

The Director of Sales will be responsible for setting pricing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth, while supervising a team of Sales Consultants. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
    • Set pricing and product positioning to drive sales growth
    • Supervise and mentor Sales Consultants to ensure they meet sales targets
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate daily with Sales Consultants to discuss sales performance, product knowledge, and corporate initiatives
    • Disseminate sales, marketing, and product information to Sales Consultants
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor sales activity and provide regular feedback to Sales Consultants
    • Prepare sales reports and analysis to inform business decisions
    • Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide coaching to Sales Consultants
  • Market Analysis and Research
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
    • Review market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in new home sales, with at least 2 years in sales management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Real Estate license required
