Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver operational excellence by coordinating with other leaders to achieve remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant.

  • Manage a team of 100+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching, and holding people accountable to high standards.
  • Increase profitability by implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and promote sales.
  • Maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes food and team safety.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to increase overall restaurant results.
Requirements
  • 3 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Proven track record of developing others.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
