Job Summary:

As the Sales Director for our Chicago office, you will lead a team focused on optimizing sales processes and enhancing team performance. This role is pivotal in shaping our sales strategies, managing and developing our sales team, and ensuring we meet our targets and maintain excellent employee relations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership and Management: Hire and dismiss sales staff in accordance with company needs and policies. Lead daily standups and checkout sessions to ensure team alignment and momentum.

- Onboarding and Training: Spearhead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are fully integrated into our team. Lead ongoing training and development initiatives, including role plays, to identify and address individual areas of weakness and promote continuous improvement.

- Recruitment Oversight: Take charge of recruiting and interviewing internal recruiters, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support our sales objectives.

- Sales Strategy and Reviews: Serve as the go-to person for sales-related issues and lead the quarterly and yearly sales reviews for the Chicago office, providing strategic insights and direction.

- Employee Relations: Maintain positive and productive relationships with all team members, fostering an environment of open communication and professional growth.

 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales management or a similar senior sales role.

- Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively leading and scaling sales teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

- Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
