Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide a variety of specialized administrative support services. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of work unit operations, program-specific policies, processes, and procedures.

This is an independent contractor position, paid hourly. Candidates must be available for at least 15 hours per week, with the potential for up to 15 additional hours per week as needed. Work hours are flexible but should be distributed throughout the week. Occasional weekend availability may be required and will be discussed and scheduled well in advance in most instances.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings, events, and appointments, and manage calendars
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistical matters for business and personal team members
  • Assist with home office administrative tasks, including processing mail, scanning, filing, and organizing
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, service requests, and repairs
  • Manage bill payments
  • Prepare client invoices
  • Purchase supplies and run occasional errands

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace apps (preferred)
  • Availability to commit to the role
  • Demonstrated understanding of responsible internet safety best practices
