Responsibilities:

  • Organize Payroll data
  • Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
  • Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date orders in the system
  • Provide administrative support to the retail store, including scheduling repair appointments and managing equipment data.
  • Assist with customers handling payment and use of a Point of Sale System.
  • Assist with some bookkeeping items
  • Manage inventory and help with route coverage with in our service team.
  • Assist with Managing the service team
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents

Requirements:

  • Some accounting back round
  • Live local
  • Proficient in learning new computer software
  • Proficient in Quickbooks Online,
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
  • Associates degree minimum required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
