Responsibilities:
- Organize Payroll data
- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
- Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date orders in the system
- Provide administrative support to the retail store, including scheduling repair appointments and managing equipment data.
- Assist with customers handling payment and use of a Point of Sale System.
- Assist with some bookkeeping items
- Manage inventory and help with route coverage with in our service team.
- Assist with Managing the service team
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
Requirements:
- Some accounting back round
- Live local
- Proficient in learning new computer software
- Proficient in Quickbooks Online,
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Associates degree minimum required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
