Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Hotel Nia. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Verify, obtain approvals, and process invoices, as well as collect outstanding revenue in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Cash Handling: Maintain house bank accounts, conduct transactions, and issue and redeem cashier banks as needed.
  • Accounting and Reporting: Prepare cash discrepancy reports, retrieve and process deposits, and maintain an efficient collection process.
  • Customer Service: Provide accurate and timely invoices, statements, and schedules to customers.
  • Internal Controls: Monitor guest ledger, advance deposit ledger, and other related ledgers to ensure proper internal control.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous accounting experience or equivalent training required.
  • Skills: Proficient in using Excel, knowledge of PMS/accounting systems preferred.
