Office Supplies Management: Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.

Document Management: Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.

Staff Management: Oversee and support office staff, including administrative assistants and receptionists.

Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with the hiring process, including posting job openings, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees.

Office Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities

Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, and oversee service agreements.

Client Interaction: Handle interactions with clients, customers, and visitors, providing assistance and ensuring a positive experience.
