Job DescriptionJob Description

Duties include the following:

  • Developing and providing employee training on compliance policies, and practices in accordance with OSHA standards

  • Administer monthly Company training in accordance with OSHA standards

  • Direct and administer the application of safety and occupational health laws, standards, and regulations

  • Ensuring all products, activities, documentation, and policies comply with industry, provincial territorial, and federal regulations. 

  • Enforce safe behavior and workplace practices

  • Perform routine process audits, (e.g. equipment and trucks)

  • Maintain equipment in a neat, clean, safe, and good working condition

  • Maintain proper function of company vehicles and equipment

  • Maintain warehouse products and SDS

  • Administer Samsara safety program

  • Work with supervisors to ensure technicians are driving safely on the road

  • Ensure all Company licenses permits and certifications are up to date at all times

  • Monitor Company gas cards

  • Represent Elite Pressure Washing Services and its brand in a professional and positive manner.

  • Attend community and small business outreach events

  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualified candidates will be dependable and must:

  • Have a good driving record.

  • Have the ability to train employees

  • Have great customer service skills

  • Physical ability and skill to perform equipment truck maintenance inspections

  • Be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.

  • Have excellent communication skills.

  • Be able to work independently once trained, stay on task, and complete jobs in the allotted time frame.

  • Be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

Job Type: Part-time, 30+ hours per week. 

Salary: $18

License: Driver's License (Required)

Work authorization: United States (Required)

Tentative Work Schedule: Three days a week- 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
