Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Designing and delivering training programs for employees on compliance policies and practices in line with OSHA standards.
  • Conducting monthly training sessions to ensure ongoing adherence to safety protocols.
  • Overseeing the implementation of safety and occupational health regulations.
  • Verifying that all company products, activities, and documentation meet industry, provincial, and federal compliance requirements.
  • Promoting safe work behaviors and practices among all staff.
  • Carrying out regular audits of processes, including equipment and vehicle inspections.
  • Ensuring that all equipment is maintained in a clean, safe, and operational condition.
  • Managing the upkeep of company vehicles and equipment.
  • Keeping warehouse products and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) organized and up to date.
  • Administering the Samsara safety program effectively.
  • Collaborating with supervisors to ensure safe driving practices among technicians.
  • Keeping all company licenses, permits, and certifications current.
  • Monitoring the use of company gas cards.
  • Representing Elite Pressure Washing Services in a professional manner at community and outreach events.
  • Maintaining communication with current and past customers regarding new offerings and enhancements.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • The ability to effectively train and mentor employees.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Physical capability to conduct maintenance inspections on equipment and vehicles.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently after training, managing tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
  • Capability to pass a drug screening and background check.
Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this position include:

  • Frequent standing and sitting.
  • Regular walking and reaching with hands and arms.
  • The ability to perform hand-to-finger movements.
  • Occasional lifting and moving of items up to 15 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Effective verbal communication and auditory skills.
Job Type

This is a part-time position requiring 30+ hours per week.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this role is $18.

Work Authorization

Work Schedule

The tentative work schedule is three days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
