The Help Desk II Technician is responsible for providing helpdesk support for corporate, Pet, and Vet centers including resolving problems with Windows and MAC systems, printers, networks, phone, and camera systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage user accounts and AD and Office 365
  • Setup, order new equipment, manage IT inventory, order equipment.
  • Email migrations
  • Communicate on all open projects and give updates to both users and IT staff.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years IT Help Desk experience supporting Windows / Office 365 Environments
  • Solid written, verbal, communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, self-starter, takes direction well.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills, detail oriented.
  • Passionate about helping people and have patience along with demonstrating professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of networking and networking principles.
  • Pet or Vet center experience, Azure or AWS, Cornerstone, and Zendesk experience preferred.
