We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst with at least 2-4+ years of Technical Help desk Support experience. The role involves 100% phone support for various applications, requiring someone who can quickly adapt.


Required Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+
  • 2-4+ years in a helpdesk/tech support role


Skills:

  • Citrix
  • Active Directory (password resets, account access)
  • Familiarity with AirWatch
  • Ability to handle up to 40 tickets per day


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year in a healthcare setting
  • 1 year in a network operation center
  • 1 year in network and system administration
  • Knowledge of Epic and Cisco


Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Training:

On-site for approximately 1 month, then remote flexibility
