We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst with at least 2-4+ years of Technical Help desk Support experience. The role involves 100% phone support for various applications, requiring someone who can quickly adapt.
Required Qualifications:
- CompTIA A+
- 2-4+ years in a helpdesk/tech support role
Skills:
- Citrix
- Active Directory (password resets, account access)
- Familiarity with AirWatch
- Ability to handle up to 40 tickets per day
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year in a healthcare setting
- 1 year in a network operation center
- 1 year in network and system administration
- Knowledge of Epic and Cisco
Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Training:
On-site for approximately 1 month, then remote flexibility
