Customer Service Lead
Summary: CRG is launching a search for a Lead Customer Service Representative in San Leandro, CA This call center professional will ensure outstanding service for all customers by supervising the daily operations of a team of customer service specialists. They will lead and coach the team to guarantee quality customer interaction, excellent customer relationship management, and commitment to timely delivery of products and services.

Opportunity: Contract
Location: San Leandro, CA (onsite)
Salary: $23/hr

CRG Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and supervise daily operations and activities of the customer service team to accomplish individual and company goals
  • Update daily and weekly statistics for individual direct reports
  • Analyze department results and complete team reports
  • Troubleshoot operational problems
  • Analyze escalated problems and provide guidance on best practices and resolutions
  • Serve as point of escalation resolving complex customer issues and ensuring timely follow up and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • 4+ yrs of experience in a customer service role (call center preferred)
  • 1 yr team lead experience
  • MS Office Proficiency – MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
