Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our team of Enterprise Sales Executives. This team consists of a skilled group of Hunters, calling on the largest and most prestigious Health Systems in the US and Canada.  This team also supports ISV customers in the EMR, Payor and Prior Authorization space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Enterprise level healthcare technology and SaaS sales, with a strong ability to drive sales growth, lead and developed a high-performing sales team, and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

 

Essential Functions:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the healthcare technology and SaaS sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.


Position Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant/related field.
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the healthcare technology or SaaS industry at the Enterprise level.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

The compensation range for this role is $275,000 OTE ($175,000 base.) Range can flux dependent on experience.
